This business will lie through their teeth, if you can even get them to speak to you. If they do something that hinders your day-to-day work, they will not respond to requests for help. They will put you through an awful redundancy process in a way that is not quite legal, but enough so they don't get in trouble. They also actively don't follow Consumer Rights Legislations.
I cannot emphasize enough to NEVER work for an OYO business or subsidiary.
