      People were nice and helpful

      Cons

      Sudden layoffs Within joining of just 4 month they terminated me and many others that hit me hard It was difficult to overcome from the depression of loosing job because there was no fault of mine And finding another job was also tough In Corporate people will only think of their benefit and not of employees they can terminate employees anytime, which is not right

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
