We are continuously introducing initiatives to help simplify work culture, drive higher happiness and well-being quotient, and ensure holistic career development for all. We are sure you would have heard about them from various OYO leaders and in the recently held Townhall. We encourage our employees to priortise their work and ensure proper work life balance is maintained. Taking into account the feedback we received, we have revisited our weekend work policy and incorporated new workways including a five-day working week, no review Mondays to name a few. Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
