Huge Mismanagement...no clear structure...they don't care about the quality at all as they only look to the numbers of rooms. The systems are very basic and dosen't match all market requirements. They keep laying to the employees and partners. Very bad reputation in the market in terms of customer service and quality...sooo many conflicts with the owner especially in monthly invoices due to poor operations efforts. Poor support from central team. Hiring wrong leaders in the market who doesn't know local market and culture. No life balance as they want you to work full day and no respect to your day off... It's really the worst company that I worked with.
