Flexible work hours, less time stress.

Cons

1. Poor people management. 2. Business model seem good but practically running business like a scam... hotel owners need to becarful. 3. Those Indian management team need to realize how to modify the business to fit with other culture in different countries. 4. Confirmed to me that dealing with business from South Asia is a big No No!

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
