      Pros

      The pace at which the company grows, simultaneously opening gigantic growth options is simply superb. An energetic work space, which helps, keeps up and adds onto your existing work force. Ideas are not only asked for, but are heard carefully and worked upon as well. Leaders with vast knowledge and great experience are available to learn from. A company that demands and promotes self learning/growing principle.

      Cons

      It is an unending marathon, demanding the stamina to be high all along.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
