      Culture of the company is pathetic, especially the people at manager level does not care about the the employees, as an employee it is very difficult to trust on the company, senior manager and founder should look into this otherwise this will only be the reason company will goin to fall soon

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
