Only housekeepers treats u well,as far my concern it was one of the horrible mistake I have in my entire career whether they give u 40% salary hike pls don't join coz at last u land spoiling ur carrer with them.
Cons
Everything from top to bottom, manager are not from Hospitality background,higher management doesn't about the ground operation job,IIT guys as managers are totally clueless,they doesn't think or talk practically,HR POLICIES really sucks, anyone will land up anywhere and all of sudden one reply am ur bosses boss.ego issues are there,politics and threaten is openly played by senior managers.anyone can be thrown out of the company any time without any knowledge whether u do right job or wrong.no transparency in senior management they do work things and blunt side faced by captains.no off nothing.
