There are no growth opportunities here. Sales folks are never in the office but there is a mandatory 3 day in the office and everyone is running around with no clear direction saying yes to everything that is coming down the line. Marketing team has huge turnover due to no clear direction and bad leaders. New leaders have dismantled true teams. Huge turnover rate many product engineers have left for other companies.
You have to be perfect to work here and make no mistakes. If you do, the blame game is opened.
