Pros

Great environment, the perks are pretty good, hybrid model, the office is very comfortable and the team is super friendly and great to work with.

Cons

What you would expect from a start-up, lot's of challenges but it comes with the fun part of solving the problem and seeing the company grow.

Pros

* Talented and competent team * Engaging and unique projects * Great possibility of growth for the company

Cons

* In recent months, the company atmosphere has become increasingly political, resulting in departure of many foundational engineers who built initial core services. * The departure of the HR Director has stopped the upward feedback cycle and left employee concerns unaddressed. * Some managers have begun to overstep their authority and demonstrate hostility toward other teams, specifically, the Director of Data. I cannot speak to how this individual treats their own team, but the external behavior raises concerns. * Engineers have limited autonomy and decision-making power. Some teams struggle with excessive control, lack of clarity, and organizational disorder.
