Terrible place to work at, poorly managed & low employee moral - Anonymous employee OXEA Employee Review

Management by fear is a common practice at this company. Not enough training provided for job especific tasks. Company does not support a healthy work-life balance. Micromanaging style. Company still young so many of the processes are not yet in place. Too much internal competition & back stabbing amongst the employees, particularly the female staff. Some of the Managers practice favoritism and support a culture of gossip & "tattle tale".
