Cons
Company just laid off their PMs and others again after they just announced this year they are trying to grow from $90M to $300M in sales in 3 years, they clearly don't have a plan!
You'll be a glorified foreman, this job doesn't require much skill they just need bodies in the field and pay you as a PM. Old school management, the manager had no structure/organization, he was running by the seat of his pants, no eye for efficiency whatsoever.
"Unlimited PTO" but managers will bully you into not taking time off ever. Speaks to who they are as a company and with how they leave you with no health insurance after the lay off.
