- Bad engineering teams, 0 development experience people are tech lead - less exposure to global team, what is happening, what are task getting done is known to one person in team - new project work on knowledge of tech lead/manager if he know stuff or not. - still work in PERL - too much hidden factor in salary - No work life balance - TOO MUCH REGIONISM, whole OVHCLOUD is divided into telgu people (which is whole management) vs non- telgu
