Toxic employees and absentee/toxic management. Lack of opportunity for promotion. General disconnect between OVH Group and OVH US. Lack of meaningful respect, trust, and understanding of separated teams. Lack of meaningful discipline of objectively poor behavior and easily avoidable mistakes.
