      Work is interesting - things done differently than other companies

      Feels disorganized and things change a lot. Management keeps saying that it is a startup .. but it feels like they are just changing things every week

      There is alot of room to grow within the company. Management is very open to receiving feedback from the staff.

      You must keep in mind the company is not run like a formal business, but more of a startup.
