Bad leadership. Secretive manipulative and power hungry. No room for growth, no promotions, no appreciation. Always short staffed and overworked. Stressful atmosphere. The few favorite employees can do whatever they want and everyone else is treated like a criminal. No trust. They do not allow ownership while telling you to “own it”, they will tell you to ask questions and then get mad when you ask them. They ask for employee feedback then twist it to benefit their own agenda. Employees are treated like children and get no support. They have pushed so much dedicated talent out the door. Company culture was destroyed in 2024
