      Indirectly helping people through the contract with OKDHS. Great team environment where you feel like you can talk to most of the people you work with about anything. Decent benefits, especially the PTO policies.

      Cons

      Lack of bonuses/pay increases. Constantly understaffed/overwhelmed. Lots of red-tape between state and university guidelines

      Loved my first supervisor Carla, she was a great listener

      Cons

      The only problem is they no no consistency in rules or reterec when it came to company policy for phone calls, one day you would get 100 percent call quality, then they would change the rules next day and you would get bad scores next time
