      Pros

      CPM is a network of contracts, and over the years, I've developed relationships with individuals on most of the contracts. It's a generally healthy workplace with a lot of community support for workers.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement in most of the contracts. If you want to move up in pay or take on new challenges, you will have to do that by moving around to different contracts (as I have already done a bit). That runs its course pretty quickly.

      Pros

      Loved my first supervisor Carla, she was a great listener

      Cons

      The only problem is they no no consistency in rules or reterec when it came to company policy for phone calls, one day you would get 100 percent call quality, then they would change the rules next day and you would get bad scores next time
