Pros
What a really amazing work environment. The work-life balance was the best part for me. They were very flexible and supportive. I never dreaded going to work. I knew what my goals were, and it was very organized. I loved that they were very open to new ideas and new approaches to doing things. I didn't stay long enough to really see the career opportunities or growth. I do know that there were many who had been with the organization for 10+ years.
Cons
If anything, I wish there were more room to give a bonus or even a gift card for a job well done. It's a bit disheartening to know that you put 110% effort into making things great and the person next to you, who is in the same position as you, puts in very little effort in and gets paid the same. There's no incentive in that regard. It's not why I left.
