Pros
It's a big international company with multicultural environment. It’s nice to work here. The working atmosphere is mostly positive and not stressful. You can find interesting projects to work on here.
Cons
Most of business processes are not structured that means less bureaucracy but on the other hand it can be hard for newcomers even to find out whom they can address their requests and even to define their job responsibilities. The salary level is not the highest on the market.
