During my time working with your company, I have noticed that the management frequently places the blame on employees for mistakes or issues that are not entirely their fault. This culture of blame-shifting is not only unfair, but it also creates a very toxic work environment that is detrimental to employee morale and productivity. At the meantime, I have observed that this company has a tendency to force employees to accept relocation offers. They picture it as the best offer and give you so much expectation. However, you can easily tell these offers are not reasonable at all. When you reject their offering, they start to jump out and put further blame on you. Unfortunately, They always forget they are Nowhere near being a decent place to work.
