      Pros

      When I was there it was a family atmosphere and the company the paid health insurance for employees.

      Cons

      Private equity bought it out. I've heard things did not change for the better. I left shortly after, so I really don't know.

      Great atmosphere, great people. The pay and benefits are good. It's a wonderful place to work

      Home every other day and only work 4 days a week most of the time

      Low pay for regional and no bonuses or a way to make more money
