Good start up job, especially in the sales side as a sales rep you are hands on with repairs, upgrades, account management, capital budgeting, and collections.
Cons
Job Security - Do not know if you will be working there the next day. Buddy Buddy System - If you do not mix in with the culture, they will find a way to let go of you or force to resign.
