Managment has an ax to grind with their associates. They seem to hate them probably, because of their Union pay and benefits. They literally try to screw them out of every benefit there is. They don't do this to their favorites however. Many guys don't say anything because they are afraid of being laid off or retaliated against by being transfered far from home. The Union reps should visit sites more and catch whats going on so the guys aren't the ones retaliated against. Managment is totally and utterly shameful.
