Don't let them fool you with the big salary and bonus promise. The "bonus" is about 10 bucks. You put in a lot of hard work as a "manager" only to find out line cooks make way more money than you. This company is full of empty promises and treat you like slaves with no regard for quality of life. Promises of growth never come along with raises. And don't even think about being late by 2 minutes even if you call to say there's traffic. You will be written up by someone under you who is looking to sabotage.
