      - long hours; max 10 hours for FT or 8 hours PT - no social freedom - shift bids are based on seniority - difficult to move up in level of seniority due to workers staying

      Friendly Co-worker. Relaxed roles available.

      Cons

      Out of touch management. Lack of response when asked for guidance. Difficult scheduling (Bidding system based on seniority).
