Pros
Management is very easy to talk to and truly have that open door policy we keep hearing about. From day one you are trained and accepted as part of the team. Hard work is quickly and well rewarded in terms of bonuses. Working environment is very friendly. The products are very interesting and innovative, you end up working with best in class equipment and tools. Interviews are difficult and recruitment happens once in a blue moon, but once you're in it means you're part of the family.
Cons
Working 5.5 days a week can be difficult sometimes. Everybody is important and holds key responsibilities which makes work difficult when someone is missing or on holiday. The quality of our service to the client is so important to management that sometimes we are required to go out of our way for tiny details.
