Pros
I work in the Helpdesk. Received really good support when I started. Working in Derry center is so enjoyable. Good atmosphere in the whole place. Senior management is very approachable. I've worked in other call centers before and there is no comparison. Lots of perks and team Building/social life events.
Cons
Hard to find cons so far. Traffic in Derry is not he best but that's not OSV's fault.
