Pros
- Tremendous opportunity for learning and growth (incl. internal hackathons, workshops and Udemy Pro account) + time provided to use these resources - Employees matter: especially middle management and HR care for their employees and employees' personal circumstances will be acknowledged and be taken into account. Management can be very flexible when unforeseen personal situations arise, which is a great support - Professional opportunities: Much is possible! With the limiting factor most often only being the employees themselves. Professional fields of interests will be taken into consideration when assigning projects - Employees' vision and ideas are encouraged, be it on the field of employee development, conference participation or ideas to set up an internal workshop - if the idea is good, useful and feasible time and money will be made available to implement these ideas - Good work-life-balance: this definitely ties back to my 2nd point above. Employees are valued and no one will be overworked. Sure, sometimes there is a deadline that requires working some overtime, but for the largest part, the workload is manageable within a 40-hour work week. Supervisors pay attention to their employees hours logged and will intervene (+adjust planning) if too much overtime is made - It's fun to work here! Overall a great company, and this will be as the German saying goes "Jammern auf hohem Niveau": - Flexibility (time and location): work from home or remote options are not proactively offered to employees on a large scale; General working hours are not really flexible under regular circumstances (although exceptions will be made under circumstances if necessary) - Salary is good but not great, especially in the tech field
