Pros
They invest time in their employees with a buddy system and give you time to get familiar with their software. Training is offered and includes soft skills and hard skills. They follow scrum where project teams are large enough, allow employees to grow. It is a flat hierarchy with switching positions and possibilities
Cons
As with any growing company, some processes are not that week defined and prone to changes, but it is not a major concern. Salary might be a bit on the low side
