Poor management from top down. Too many modems of communication within the company, which complicates simple processes. I was one of two employees who spoke English as a first language, all other employees in Australia were Korean. Lack of cooperation from most Korean employees within the company. Most all conversations were in Korean, or very poor English, which made you feel out-of-place and had you wondering what they were talking about.
