Pros

Great benefits, job is very easy, great work life balance, no required overtime, easy to talk to management. Monthly meetings with management to get all employees' inputs before implementing changes.

Cons

The pay scale is VERY outdated. Raises are next to nothing. The pay is very inadequate for today's economy. This company is ran by the seniority guidelines. So if you are a recent grad that doesn't matter to this company what matters is that you have been here for 20 or 30 yrs. Which is very unfair. This means that someone with a hs diploma will be considered for a position before myself though I have a 4 yr degree.

Pros

Love working here! Friendly coworkers that are always building you mentally to fulfill your goals in the workplace and outside of the workplace! A great place to develop with trainers that are always working to constantly support you! It is mirror based so the work you put in is what you will get out of it! The best culture you can find it is so unique and to work here was the best opportunity that happened to me!

Cons

It is a lot of work but it is worth every minute spent, you aren’t only working for the job you are working for yourself.

Pros

OSP Group (f/k/a Brylane, Redcats, Redcats USA) afforded me many opportunities throughout my tenure with them. There is a strong emphasis on cross-functional projects, and you are best served if you take the time to learn how you impact other departments. Working inside a medium sized company affords visibility to executive management. The CEO is a sharp guy who asks the right questions about the voice of the customer. Ultimately, my primary reason for leaving was due to change in career and industry.

Cons

There is a limit to advancement once you reach a certain level, but this is common for most companies. However, if you are considered a high potential associate you will continue to be rewarded commensurate with your contributions. My biggest complaint is the company's cultural tendency to be myopic on budget issues at the expense of innovation and improvement to customer service. Obviously controlling costs matters a great deal, but too much time is spent reviewing, explaining, and revising your budgets on a continual (read: weekly) basis. This time and energy would be better spent on true root cause analysis of underlying issues for budget variances to avoid repeated mistakes. Finally, internal management development training has been drastically reduced over the last few years resulting in a marked decrease in retention across the company.
