Pros
Everyone's experience here will be different depending on the work you did and who you worked for. In my experience, I had a good boss that genuinely wanted to see me succeed and do what interested me. If I had a different boss, my experience could have been much worse. Overall, management has a decent level of respect for it's subordinates. Pay is fair, but not outstanding. The new CEO seems to be a good guy and will lead the company in the right direction
Cons
Salary is decent, but the benefits could stand to be improved. Culture from senior management is very much style over substance. Ops Supervisors get abused by Managers/Directors, frequently switching people from days to nights with little or no warning. There is a clear 'class' distinction between the different levels of employees, with the ones at the bottom often feeling left out or unimportant.
