This is a great job if you're willing to stick with it for a while. If you're young and looking to move up in a company this is it.
Cons
There isn't very good communication between the top of the ladder and the bottom of the ladder. Location changes, changes to schedule or production requirements, and new safety precaution plans are not communicated to forman or crew members until the day of.
