      Pros

      they are only Monday through Friday but that's the only good thing about them.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, doesn't pay. you fair, has a high turnover rate in both the sterile processing department and an or they have favoritism in there to the point of where someone should have been fired but they weren't.

      Pros

      Great physicians, coworkers and atmosphere. Team work makes our dream work! Pretty flexible with schedule.

      Cons

      Salary cap (which I’ve hit already). Some longer days because there isn’t a second shift in the surgery center.
