      Work life balance. Training. Management are supportive

      Lack of Office parties or events. Is small employee numbers (working from home etc) spread over large office so important to try connect all the teams better.

      Its very casual and people were also friendly. You also don't work overtime or have too much stress.

      Cons

      You don't get a lot of responsibilities and first few months of internships will be very very boring. They also pay a lot on detail and if you get some minor thing wrong.
