Pros
- I made some really good friends with my colleagues - While I didn't get to benefit from it, they started a match RRSP program - They make a strong effort to higher more women in tech -Pending on the position and one's negotiating skills, pay can be decent - can being the key word
Cons
- Mgmt is absolutely horrific - There is free parking, but nothing for those who use transit - The stronger your work ethic, the harder you're worked - Personal life? Forget that. I was once reprimanded for not answering the phone on a Sunday while writing an exam. I was told the call was a higher priority - Every week, five new employees start when the week before ten left
