      The people at the plant level, for the most part are friendly

      Cons

      There is no career growth opportunities. Pay is very low. Corporate is full of people who make assumptions, jump to conclusions, and do not know how to run a business. Overall hostile and stressful environment.

      Pay fairly well for market standards Some people are friendly

      Cons

      A lot of Management in the plant thinks they are too good for you. Never will take accountability, and will blow everything out of proportion to where the work environment seems like the boy who cried wolf. Since when issues arise, there will be a easy solution, but will focus on the issue and play the blame game to deflect responsibility.
