Pros
Working here provides you with autonomy and opportunities to try new ideas. There is always lots of work to do but there is flexibility too and you are supported with good technology and tools. There is a good team atmosphere and always easy access to the senior team so decisions can get made quickly. The company has performed well despite COVID and is growing rapidly. There is good diversity and variety in the work and you get to try new things. Working with teams globally requires good time management and flexibility but for me added interest too in working with peope all over the world.
Cons
Can't think of any really, that's why I stayed for 3 years. If you are struggling with something all you need to do is ask for help and you get it.
