      Pros

      Great employee support, and benefits. Encouraged me to use my military leave days when I had training with the National Guard.

      Cons

      Honestly the only one I can think of was Time off requests were not automated, you had to sign a pdf and have your supervisor sign then email it in.

      Pros

      Really a great company. It’s hard to find a government contracting company that really cares about technical staff. Leadership seems to really care.

      Working with government can be challenging sometimes but overall no real cons

      Most positions are remote, average benefits for smallish company

      Cons

      Very ineffective corporate leadership across all divisions, unsuccessful business development from the top down which creates a stressful environment for anyone associated with BD tasks, including sales, capture and proposals, doesn't promote from within
