Pros

It's a place full of passionate people who want to do better for customers and colleagues. Strong push toward modernisation and transformation with ongoing projects The collaboration between departments and IT is steadily improving, creating an environment where change is not only possible but encouraged with the appointment of new CIO.

Cons

Company has faced some technology-related hurdles—such as legacy systems and wi-fi issues - however this is part of ongoing improvement work. Pockets of areas where decisions are slow to be made Flexible working opportunities are not forthcoming

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re really pleased to hear that you’re experiencing the passion and collaboration across the business, especially as we continue to drive forward with our transformation agenda. We also appreciate your candour around areas for improvement. We know that some of our legacy systems and connectivity issues have been frustrating at times, but as you mentioned, these are being actively addressed through ongoing investment and transformation work. Your point about decision-making speed and flexible working is also noted — we recognise how important it is for managers to have the autonomy to support their teams in ways that work best for them. Please continue to bring any suggestions through 'Our Voice' or through your People Business Partner

Pros

Pay is quite good, though too many people are paid lower and deserve more. Good colleagues Good bonus opportunities Free fruit

Cons

Management and Senior management stick together and attribute blame on other people. Too many manual workarounds. Outdated IT systems, with regular issues.
