Absolutely disgusting treatment - Anonymous employee OSB Group Employee Review

Treated poorly Got less than minimum wage Manager superiority is disgusting. No support for mental health. No support during miscarriage - treated heartlessly in a “formal absence” meeting over approved paid leave and penalised for using baby loss leave and had HR and my manager acting as though I had lost my baby on purpose for a day off. Was given senior responsibilities while being paid £20k+ less per annum - not in my job role. When I went to HR over a grievance it was not taken seriously as it involved two individuals in managerial roles and they were favoured although I had taken police action and that had been found in my favour.
