Pros
I did AR for OS remotely for three years, and I have nothing but great things to say about the company. It is challenging work and they have high standards for their employees, which is one of the aspects of the company that was appealing to me. I think that any negative reviews of the company are likely from people who expected to not have to actually work, at their WFH job. OS takes exceptional care of their team members, and I think anyone is lucky to have the chance to work here.
