      Pros

      Leuke en interessante mensen die er werken. Een grote familie. Cultuur waar de mens en plezier centraal staat. Super veel focus op leren en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Grote hoeveelheid aan training, coaching,...waar de trainee en zijn carriere centraal staat. Platte structuur. Geen hierarchie. Leiderschap dat gericht is op waardering, vertrouwen en zelfsturing.

      Cons

      Weinig internationale mogelijkheden. Enkel in een paar traineeships.

      Pros

      Great kickstarter to your career. great coaching sessions and soft skills training. Perfect if you are unsure of your capabilities and want to improve.

      Cons

      Very low wage, small benefits compared to similar roles in other companies. No bonus at the end of the year. Very low salary raise after a year. Minimum vacation days. As you work as a "consultant" in a company, you do not really have a lot of contact with other colleagues or the culture of the company. You are always between 2 worlds. The contracts do not give any protection to the employee (2 year+ contract)
