      The offer is just a steppingstones for you to join this company. You will surprise when you see your first month paycheck. If you the lucky one, reduction up to 30-50% from the offer that they give to you. The company will use the same excuses as their standard policy for answering the reason why the salary is lower than the offer. They will say miscommunication from their management but you will be the one who suffer for their error.
