Pros

None of the senior leadership are founders, which means there is less sentimentality and emotional attachment to "how things started". This means the environment is super dynamic and the leaders are not afraid to make difficult decisions. It's not a bean bags and fancy coffee machine type of place, instead you are rewarded through having really interesting responsibilities and getting paid a proper salary. (Apparently somebody is looking into upgrading the coffee machine as well though...) Really nice office in very nice location. Well founded.

Cons

Fast tempo and pressure that comes from having interesting responsibilities with a lot of individual autonomy. The team is somewhat male orientated, but it seems like leadership are trying hard to diversify.

Pros

Nice team, most people are really nice

Cons

C-Level is absolutely incompetent, there were 4 CEOs in 6 years, lots of chaos, integrity does not exist, employees keep stealing stuff from the kitchen. The company does not care about people. The product does not make sense at all and there's not market for it. IMO the company only exists for tax evasion reasons.

Pros

Nowadays none, there's nothing to say positive.

Cons

Orderfox had in the past a great track and the sales trend was definitely positive in the past with the previous CEO, unfortunately after he proposed to cut on ridiculous marketing campaigns (marketing campaigns ran by one of the Board members company), he was fired. Board members go into the office smoking all day long and expect people to just shut up about it. There's clear nepotism tendencies. Watch-out and do not use any of your own money that you can later expense. Once you are out of the company and claim your last expenses you will need to take them to court. Expenses that were paid in the past without any problems suddenly are "being checked to see if they were needed" (expenses for software or visits to the HQ in Liechtenstein). Make sure you have legal representation. They will try to void any of your worker rights if possible.
