Pros

Absolutely none other than the amazing people I had the pleasure of working alongside who unfortunately are treated like children.

Cons

The title of this review says it all. It’s a sinking ship captained by an incompetent, ego-driven SLT who take zero accountability for the circus show this workplace has become. Financially it’s a mess. The business model relies on imaginary deals that constantly fall through and the genuine hard-working employees take the full hit so the SLT and their ‘favourites’ can keep lining their pockets. I’ve witnessed countless examples of disgusting treatment given to the hardworking team, mistreating people to the point of making them cry! It is such a toxic environment created by Liz and Tim who simply projecting their own failures onto everyone else taking zero accountability. People who have invested so much into the company are disregarded like pieces of dirt, meanwhile the SLT continue to spoon feed the same BS and false promises to everyone expecting them to continue being loyal. I could write a novel for all the cons this company has and judging by the other reviews, someone’s probably beat me to it. I agree with every single word written by others about this place, so for your own sake, avoid at all costs (not that they can afford to hire anyone anytime soon).

Pros

The best part about working at ORCHA was the lovely people I got to work alongside. Incredibly talented in their respective areas. Flexible, hybrid working and a lovely modern office. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction and poor strategic leadership, employees are constantly undermined and the founders always “know best” instead of asking for guidance and advice from their employees who are experts in their areas and actually do know best. The reviews on Glassdoor, give a true reflection of working at ORCHA and are not just disgruntled employees - a quick look on LinkedIn will show every employee that has left has moved onto better things, and proves their professional competence (standard narrative when people leave is well they weren’t very good anyway) Long hours are expected and comments are made by SLT about team members lack of commitment when they log off at 5 instead of working late. Seeing people cry in the office is not something I’ve ever experienced before. People are given new job titles with no clear outline of deliverables or training then reduced to tears when they are told their performance is not up to standard.
