Pros

No pros. The only pro is before you are hired and another pro is once you leave. No pros in working over here.

Cons

Queries are not addressed. HR is useless. They will show you hell when u put ur paper. To get the official things done from them during the time of getting any official documents is a nightmare. Dont ever think to join. Insread of concentrating on acquiring new client for your business try showing sympathy on existing employees. Attrition rate is high. No hike nothing. Pay very less. Makes you work longer. Long video call hours with compulsary video camera ON. No mercy. Boring townhall meetings Biased for old employees.

Pros

The company is into an innovative field and has a lot of scope in the future if they have a proper vision

Cons

-accused of writing a negative review by the management without any evidence -someone happened to write a bad review that coincided with a specific event and the company left no stone unturned in assuming. A Member of the management called multiple times, accusing again and again of doing something again without any concrete proof. -lack of professionalism and maturity. -no clear distinction between personal and professional boundaries -no room for new ideas, you are supposed to follow what the management says even if you have a good vision -no long term vision, the company rather relies on short term solutions -paid less than the industry standard -no pay for overtime but a loss of pay if you take leave during probation, even if you are sick -no concrete policies or benefits for employees -no work-life balance -no protocols, no respect for reporting managers, no structure in the organization. -no matter who your reporting manager is, you are supposed to update every detail to a specific person who is not even your reporting manager on papers. -too much micromanagement and they expect you to work beyond your working hours at a nominal salary.
