      Pros

      Give pay rates up front with no negotiating/holding back "true" bottom dollar. Have your back when on assignment. Cheap health insurance!

      Cons

      Some of the recruiters aren't "go-getters" I had to do alot of leg-work for my first contract.

      Pros

      People in the office care about their contractors. Pay is very good. Decent insurance options for single contractors. Scheduling flexibility. Staffs some LPNs

      Cons

      I have no complaints. Recruiters and schedulers are all very helpful. The only con, I can think of is the staffing market for LPNs is not very high due to lack of demand, but this is not fault of the company.
