No training then will punish you for poor performance within first few weeks of working there. Literally have to ask 15-20 times for information, such as “hey hr, what is the pto policy?” Not their fault but the contractors they have to work with are unreliable. But that becomes the lowest-man-on-the-totem-pole’s problem. Seen people get fired because of the contractors not delivering correct product.
